We are seeking a highly motivated Account Receivables (AR) Accountant to join our Finance team at LAKRIDS BY BÜLOW.

As a Account Receivables (AR) Accountant, you will be responsible for the company's debt management and ensuring an efficient and accurate invoicing and collection process. You will play a central role in the finance department and contribute to the company's liquidity and financial health.



Job description:

  • Monitoring and managing outstanding payments and ensuring timely payment from customers.
  • Follow-up on payments.
  • Maintenance of debtor records and ensuring accuracy in the debtor accounting.
  • Handling of collections and contact with collection agencies as needed.
  • Collaboration with the sales department on credit assessment of new and existing customers.
  • Month-end closing and reporting related to debtors.
  • Continuous optimization of debtor processes and systems.

Job requirements

  • Education in finance, accounting, or similar.
  • Experience with debt management and accounting.
  • Strong IT skills and experience with Navision.
  • Good understanding of numbers and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer contact professionally.
  • Independent and structured with a systematic approach to work.
  • Team player with good collaboration skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Quality-conscious and detail-oriented.
